** Note - a 21 day health certificate is required to show at this show as well as proof of 6 month flu/rhino vaccinations**
However, if your horse has bee at GSEC in 45 days or less from the date of issue of the initial health certificate, the owner may fill out a Declaration of Horse Health form in lieu of another health certificate.
Therefore, if you have a health certificate on file from the HDS Laborious Day or GSEC Platinum Dressage Show, you do not need a new health certificate.
